What determines the price of the ticket?
Ticket prices are primarily determined by the supply and demand of the market. Ticket prices are also calculated by seat location, event location (city, venue, indoor/outdoor, etc.), local blackouts, and historical factors. Often brokers buy tickets in at many times over face value, other times tickets are bought nearer to the face value. Some tickets are sold at or below the face price for events which have a low demand, regardless of supply. It doesn't matter how many tickets are available if nobody wants them.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we take credit cards over the telephone and via our secure encrypted server online. Cards currently being accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We take credit card information thru fill-out forms online via our secure server. Shopping online with us is 100% safe, but please do not send us credit card information via e-mail. Paying for tickets with your credit card gives you the added security that credit card companies offer, not found when you buy tickets for cash off the street.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, we sell gift certificates good for any event, starting at $50.
What happens if later I don't want my tickets? (Refund Policy)
All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. If the event is canceled, you can either receive a refund equal to the face value of the tickets or, a store credit for the amount of your purchase minus shipping and service charges. In the unlikely event that a customer has a dispute with 2-tickets.com, Inc. any disputes are settled by arbitration through the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan Atlanta.
What happens if I lose my tickets or they are destroyed?
Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, teams and theatres, prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
