2-tickets.com, Inc is a licensed and bonded Georgia ticket broker. We've been in business since March 2000.
You can see the majority of our inventory online with exact sections, rows and seat numbers. You also have the added security that credit card companies offer, not found when you buy tickets for cash off the street. If you don't get what you paid for or you are not happy with your purchase, many credit card companies offer secure means in which to resolve any dispute you may have. We work hard to earn our business and many of our clients have been buying from us for years.
2-tickets.com is a US based company and regulated in the state of Georgia. There are strict rules and proceedures we must adhere to. For example, when you buy tickets for international events from us such as English Premier League football tickets, your order is covered by US laws, so you should feel safer buying from us, knowing that our proceedures are regulated, something not yet found in the countries like the UK.
Why buy tickets through a ticket broker?
1. Many people do not want to stand in line, or do not have the time to phone in when tickets go on sale.
2. Many people want better seats than those available at the box office.
3. The event is sold out, or tickets are very hard to get. For example, over half of all Super Bowl tickets go to corporations, and are not made available for sale to the general public. Many regular teams sell the majority of tickets to season ticket holders, and therefore tickets are only available through a service like ours.
4. You have clients/friends in town and you need tickets last minute.
5. You want to impress that special someone, or the tickets are for a gift and you want that person to sit in the best seats possible.
Why do many of the web sites I have looked at, look the same?
Many brokers use the same 'plug-in' software to list their inventory and sell their tickets. It also allows them to list their tickets on other brokers sites and maximize exposure. Every site is individually maintained and managed, and you should always confirm each individual broker's policies. TIP! You'll often find the better looking the web site, the more reputable the broker.
Where do you get your tickets?
In addition to conventional means, we buy unwanted tickets from season ticket holders, corporations, the general public, and other ticket brokers. Tickets are always verified for authenticity.
Do you buy tickets?
Yes - we are always looking to buy extra tickets. Just call us. If we don't offer to buy them, we can sell them for you on consignment.
What determines the price of the ticket?
Ticket prices are primarily determined by the supply and demand of the market. Ticket prices are also calculated by seat location, event location (city, venue, indoor/outdoor, etc.), local blackouts, and historical factors. Often brokers buy tickets in at many times over face value, other times tickets are bought nearer to the face value. Some tickets are sold at or below the face price for events which have a low demand, regardless of supply. It doesn't matter how many tickets are available if nobody wants them.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we take credit cards over the telephone and via our secure encrypted server online. Cards currently being accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We take credit card information thru fill-out forms online via our secure server. Shopping online with us is 100% safe, but please do not send us credit card information via e-mail. Paying for tickets with your credit card gives you the added security that credit card companies offer, not found when you buy tickets for cash off the street.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, we sell gift certificates good for any event, starting at $50.
What happens if later I don't want my tickets? (Refund Policy)
All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. If the event is canceled, you can either receive a refund equal to the face value of the tickets or, a store credit for the amount of your purchase minus shipping and service charges. In the unlikely event that a customer has a dispute with 2-tickets.com, Inc. any disputes are settled by arbitration through the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan Atlanta.
What happens if I lose my tickets or they are destroyed?
Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, teams and theatres, prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. We're here to help though, so we'll always do our best to make sure you are able to attend your event.
